coney island legs: post-hot dog, pre-sunburn

hi this is what i did this weekend.

i had to be at an event at the american museum of natural history until one in the morning. when i got home i was tired but very hungry, so i went to the deli and asked for a cheeseburger. the man behind the grill said they had none, so he gave me a bacon egg and cheese on a roll for only a dollar. (it made my heart swell, and i wondered what it would be like if we were married.) then i walked home and it started to rain. clair de lune was playing in my headphones. (it was nice.)

there is a new man who works in the deli. he's big and has lots of tattoos and blasts death metal. (i love him, and i always tell him good luck.)

some people think that working as a cashier at a rite aid is terrible, but i think it is the best job that exists. because then you can make minimum wage and keep all your brain power for yourself.
